职位描述：
岗位要求
1、5年以上跨国大型公司的工作经验，至少3年外资企业工作经验；
2、行业范围为模具、注塑行业；
3、良好的影响和沟通能力，很强的分析能力；
4、英语听说写熟练；
5、能够在高压下独立工作；
6、能适应出差，以客户为导向。

能力要求：
1.充分理解并分析客户反馈及市场变化，结合公司策略以各种形式反馈给上级并提交对策建议。
2.接受顾客的报价请求，充分识别客户的需求，结合顾客要求和公司政策，给客户提供报价。
3.结合客户的需求，根据公司的策略，硬件设施，产能以及产品能力等多项因素召集团队或者单独判断该产品的制造可行性。
4.接收客户订单并将已识别的客户需求传递给项目等相关单位并确保客户需求被识别及理解。
5.和客户维持良好关系。
6.传递公司理念。
7.接到顾客投诉时区分投诉种类并根据程序进行处理。
8.处理以后应积极追踪结果并和客户保持好关系。
9.作为客户代表定期参与Gate Review并从客户和公司角度出发帮助相关部门或者人员积极改善并达到最终客户满意。 举报 分享
