职位描述：
工作职责:
1、配合销售部完成新品开发工作，制定工作计划；
2、独立完成各类服装或者配件的设计研发工作；
3、跟进样衣制作，把控样衣制作的时间节点，把控样衣版型尺寸以及面辅料运用；
4、收集流行趋势(包括风格、面料、款式等），并进行总结分析；
5、完成上级领导交待的其他工作。

任职资格：
1，较强的设计，绘稿能力，对品牌及客户需求的理解力；
2、服装设计相关专业，大专以上学历，具有两年以上女装设计经验；
3、思维活跃，对时尚具有敏锐的洞察力，具有创新意识，能把握服饰的色彩、面料等流行趋势；
4、熟悉服装工艺流程，精通面辅料的运用及工艺掌握；
5、熟练使用PHOTOSHOP、ILLUSTRATOR等相关设计软件；
6、优秀的沟通能力和管理团队的能力，有良好的团队合作精神；
7、有电商公司从业经验者优先考虑。

Established in 1999,Hangzhou Nice Clothing Co.,Ltd. is a manufacturer specialized in production and export of various garments.It is authorized with direct import and export rights and has passed ISO9002 international quality system authentication；BSCI; SEDEX FOR UK. The company is located in HuTouChen Industrial Zone Xiaoshan Hangzhou enjoying a very convenient traffic with only 30 minutes’ drive to airport and Hangzhou city,occupying an area of 8000 square meters with 400 employees.It is equipped with over 300 sets of world –class sewing machines and PGM computer aided designing system and turns out an annual production capacity of 600,000 pieces of jackets or other equivalent garments.We had a subcontractor knitted factory which turns out an annual production capacity of 1,000,1000 pcs T-shirts.
