1. Tracking the
   implementation of production plan and make the appropriate statistics and
   analysis

   跟踪生产计划的执行完成情况并做好相应的统计分析

2. Follow
   up daily inventory / quality of production material, and timely feedback to the
   relevant departments

   跟踪每日生产物料的库存/质量，并及时反馈到相关部门

3. Control
   the online inventory

   控制生产线的在线库存

4. Monitoring
   equipment down time of production line

   监控生产线的设备停机状态

   5. According to the
   actual situation of material / equipment / quality and requirements of escalation, timely
   reporting of abnormal condition

   根据生产现场物料/设备/质量的实际状况，和上报流程的要求，及时汇报异常情况

1. Provide
   personnel / material supports to repair of equipment

   对设备维修提供人员/物料方面的支持

2. Supervision
   and check whether the status of material/fixtures/equipment is in accordance
   with the requirements of production

   督促检查物料，工装，设备等的状态是否符合生产要求

3. According
   to the production plan, a reasonable allocation of labor force

   根据生产计划的需要，合理调配劳动力

4. Provide
   improvement suggestion of production management to supervisor/manager actively

   积极向主管/经理提出优化改进生产管理的建议

5. In strict
   accordance with the requirements of the ISO1400 system, pay attention to raw materials and water ,electricity ,gas and
   other energy saving in daily work, and supervise the production personnel to do
   the waste classification and management of chemicals

   严格按ISO14000体系的要求，在日常工作中注意节约原材料和水、电、气等能源，并督促生产人员作好垃圾分类及化学品的管理工作。

6. Timely
   and accurately completion of various statistics and reports of production

   及时正确的完成生产部各类统计报表并上报

7. Responsible
   for the management of components, semi-finished goods in production

   协助负责生产中零部件、半成品的管理

8. Evaluation
   of the line leaders and operators

   对生产线线长和操作工进行评估

9. To manage the production line
   staff training, and puts forward the training needs

管理生产线员工的培训，并提出培训需求

1. Supervise
   labor discipline and process discipline and safety of production line

   监督生产线的劳动纪律和工艺纪律以及安全

2. Other
   job assigned by Department Manager.

   部门经理安排的其他工作

   Necessary Requirements 任职资格

1. High school degree or
   above.

   高中以上学历

2. Can read and write
   English

   会英文读写

3. related working
   experience of electronics industry is preferred

   电子行业相关工作经验者更佳

4. Have good manners and
   appearance

   良好的品行和外貌

5. Self-motivated and
   target oriented.

   积极主动，目标明确

6. Certain ability of
   organization and coordination, communication skills,.
