职位描述：
Your Responsibilities:
Our client is one of the most famous logistics providers worldwide and more than 10.000 employees. For the expansion our client is planning todevelop contract logistics
 Manage, monitor and optimize the Air Import operations in accordance with air import handing procedure/SOP to make it more efficient
 To monitor all operation issues for the company`s appointed partner, solve the problems and optimize the procedures
 To maintain the relationship with overseas offices, agents and valuable customers
 To assist the sales department and overseas offices, agents to develop new business
 To monitor the financial data in operation system timely and correctly, monitor the correct daily GP and file closing
 Supervise charge issue and P/L controlling
 Recruit, motivate and train the Air Import team to push up the service quality to be a global professional level;
 Provide accurate reports as per requirement on a regular basis
 Take participate into the bid/project and response to provide best cost, then follow up to check status/development
 To make any other needful achievements which is helpful for the development of the department and the company
 To implement all regulations from the management which are required for this position
 Assist with superior to make the target for next year, and guarantee the task complete successfully
 Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his/her duty from the management of the company or other sources
 Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his/her belonging to the company Enthusiasm, Professionalism, Straightforwardness
 Any others additional task and duties required by superior;

Your Profile:
We are searching now a candidate with strong personality for sales.
 College degree or above;
 At least 6 years working experience in forwarding company within 3 years experience of supervison;
 Fluent English both in written and speaking , equivalent to CET 6;
 Good Microsoft office operation skill;
 Business development spirit;
 Teamwork and co-operation spirit;
 Capacity to handle change;
 Creative problem solving ability;
 Teamwork and co-operation skills;
 Facilitation and management skills；
 Communication and negotiation skills;
 Planning & organization skill
