TITLE: Sr. Special SaleExecutive
Report to: Assistant Operation Manager - Special Sale & Service
Job Responsibility:
Ensure all specialoperations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
1. Plan&organizecommercial projects/activities such asPublicsale/Staffsale(incl. on-line internal sale)/Pop-up store/Animations&etc.
2. Lead temp sales team(incl. temp staff recruitment & training), contractor/security with clear working plan & guidelines.
3. Smart& effectiveplan on the customer invitingtoensurethe attendee ratetargetto be reach.
Discover & understand the customer needs, assist line manage to designthe Service Programto maintainHermes Service meet group requirement.
1. Mystery shopperdatabook management/products refund tracking.
2. H-Smile Service newsletter.
3. Support to allservice initiative projects.
Provide support on regular worksand daily data statistics.
1. Closely liaisewith Logistic dept. to manage the out-seasonal/slowmoving items withoutdiscrepancy.
2. Manage Staff Uniforms incl. budget & distribution.
3. Collect and analyze the sales data monthly for wholesale/Corporate gifts & by project for Special events.
4. Maintain/updateoffice files, confidential recordsand contracts.
5. Perform all other related duties as required.
Requirements & Capabilities:
? Degree holderor above
? Minimum 3 years’ operation experience and preferable in retail industry
? Excellent ability to quickly identify problems & recommend solutions and be able to work under pressure
? With good communication skill and a good teamplayer
? Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
