Responsibilities:
1. Fully understand Norgren corporate strategy;
2. Setting and achieving aggressive/achievable area sales targets & personal sales target
3. New business developing strategy
4. Deliver the company expected profits after the group operations.
5. Organize big business opportunities and get the business to win;
6. Well manage the daily group sales operations;
7. Establish individual goals for group team members; aiding sales persons in developing new values & skills;
8. New product and technology learning and sales strategy
9. Sales increase 20%-30%/per year
10. Control AR issue in the area

Requirements:
1. College degree above with major in mechanical engineering or business administration relative
2. Knowledge on pneumatic products, understanding of the relative trade and market
3. Confident and strong commitment to the sales target
4. 5-years sales experience in industry, with at least 2 years team management experience
5. With Leadership trait and potential as a talent
6. Fluent English if preferred
