职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 整合内外部培训机构与资源，组织编制公司年度培训计划和培训大纲，负责培训课程开发
2. 结合实际情况，负责拟订和整理培训相关的各项制度流程，确保日常培训工作合理有效的开展
3. 跟踪培训效果，主持和协助培训考核，统计考核结果，提供持续改善方案
4. 跨部门协作整合公司所有培训开展与实施，员工培训档案的E化管理与维护
5. 负责岗位体系建设，完善及评估管理，岗位胜任力模型的开发与完善
6. 建立并不断完善绩效管理体系，并加以推行和实施
7. 根据培训计划与绩效考核体系设计员工发展路线图，完成宣导与推行
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、企业管理、工商管理等相关专业；
2、要求两年以上企业培训工作经验，对培训模块有较深刻的认识，有较丰富的培训管理经验，拥有一定的培训资源。
3、熟练操作office办公软件，精通PPT设计。
4、较强的统筹协调能力，书面及口头表达能力优秀，良好的文字处理能力；
5、工作认真负责，有计划性，条理清晰，目标明确，执行力强。
