职位描述：

Responsibilities & Duties:
? Manage the engineers of Electrical system in the development or application for PHEV and EV.
在PHEV和EV电子系统的开发和应用中，负责管理电子系统的相关工程师；
? Function as the technical expert for Electrical system engineering activities: design, analysis, development, and validation for production of the PHEV and EV
作为电子系统的技术专家负责：PHEV和EV的产品设计，分析，开发和验证；
? Ensure cost of tooling development and unit production is efficient during components design and development.
确保零部件设计在包括模具和单件成本等方面具有成本效益；
? Enable all Electrical systems to support the entire requirements of the vehicle function.
确保所有电子系统满足车辆功能要求；
? Coordinate design/design changes in conjunction with other departments.
协调其它部门设计/设计更改
? Manage domestic suppliers of Electrical System.
负责国内采购相关电子系统的供应商管理
? Support all build issues from the manufacturing and assembly process.
支持所有制造和装配过程中的问题解决；
? Track down and review Electrical systems quality for potential issues.
跟踪和审查电子系统潜在的质量问题；
? Create and follow up department budget (manpower and EDD).
创建和跟踪部门预算（人力和EDD）；
? Manage workload and allocation for Electrical system.
负责电子系统的工作分工以及负荷调整
? Guide Electrical systems engineers in technical and professional development
指导电子系统的工程师技术和专业能力发展；
? Define and execute department personnel growth and capability to support company goals
制定人力资源需求和能力成长计划计划来支持公司目标的达成

Required Qualifications: (include minimum Education and Experience requirements and any required / specialized skill sets)

Required Qualifications:
任职要求：
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical, automation Engineering or equivalent.
电子或者自动化工程本科及以上学历；
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
优秀的英语口语交流和书面表达能力；
? 8 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility and hands-on experience with Electrical system
拥有至少8年电子系统工作经验；
? Familiar with best practices and methods for vehicle components and systems.
熟悉新能源车辆部件和系统。

General Requirements for consideration

Should be able to demonstrate background knowledge and functional competence in the following areas:

? Body electronics , E/E Arc, Network diagnostic，system security
车身电子、电气架构、网络诊断，系统安全；
? Plugin-Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) technology
插电混合动力电动汽车技术；
? Automotive industry standards such as SAE, ISO, GB Standards
汽车行业标准如SAE、ISO、GB标准；
? Regulatory requirements such as EPA, CARB, FMVSS, EU, CSA, etc.
法规要求如：EPA, CARB, FMVSS, EU, CSA等。
Preferred Qualifications
优先考虑：
? 5 or more years of relevant experience in plug-In hybrid or EV vehicle applications
在插电式混合动力或纯电动汽车领域，5年或以上相关工作经验 functional competence
? Good Experience in development of Vehicle Technical Specifications
在整车开发技术规范方面，有良好工作经验。
? Good Experience in development of DFMEA and DVP&R for the Electrical System
