职位描述：
Responsibilities：
IT Operation is in charge for a reliable and performing IT environment. They install, monitor, patch and update the systems with state of the art technology. In case of an incident the general goal is to restore the state of a service defined as soon as possible IT operation works close to the ITIL processes with clear documented system management. IT Operation act proactive to solve problems before they reach the user.
Within IT operation the application administrator is responsible for the health of an application. He ensures a smooth operation of the applications and supports project management with new functions or applications. Usually he does not code software. To be close to standards he does do only minor customizing. Reporting line is to the respective team lead.

Experience：
1.Strong skill in design, configuration, implementation and support of all main applications like ERP, QA, Office
2.SAP know how is a plus
3.Microsoft product know how is a plus
4.Proven ability to assess problems and research solutions
5.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6.Prevent future problems by automating processes
7.Greater knowledge of the business side of IT
8.Keen awareness of system vulnerability
9.ITIL knowledge is a plus
10.Behave in a work appropriate, professional manner
11.Work in a sometimes stressful environment
12.Learn via on-the-job experience
13.Prioritize and work independently with little supervision
14.Socialize with co-workers in order to learn from them
15.Clearly document any work completed
16.Remain self-motivated and on task
17.Adapt to rapidly changing technology, work procedures and processes
18.Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at a level adequate to perform the duties of the position.
