工作职责：
- Professionally administering all incoming calls; ensure calls are redirected correctly ;
- Visitor registration maintenance, issuing temporary access cards for employee, visitor and service personnel ;
- Providing a courteous and efficient service to all visitors, and ensuring proper security procedures are followed strictly ;
- Daily conference room management ;
- Internal telephone list maintenance timely ;
- Keeping a neat and organized reception area ;
- Providing mail service instruction and signing, keeping and delivery goods service for NSN staff ;
- Working closely with facility officer for other facility working assignment ;
- Other assigned tasks as may be needed by Facility manager .

大专院校学历以上
英语沟通流利，形象好
沟通能力强，工作态度认真
