Legal Director
Brief Job Description:
1.Reporting to the CEO who is responsible for Great China
2.Act as an in house counsel and be responsible for all legal aspect of the company affairs including but not limited to Labor Contract;Tenancy Agreement; Taxation; Patent matters; Labor Law, Permits and Licenses to operate etc.
3.Be key partner in managing and developing relationships with all levels of Government.
4.Co-ordinate all registrations of the Company and its retail outlets with Government.
5.Manage the relationship with external law firms of the Company
Job Specification:
1.Qualified legal counsel in China
2.At least 10 years relevant experience as in house legal counsel or practicing lawyer.
3.Good written and verbal communication in English/Chinese
4.Thorough knowledge on commercial litigation and good connection with the legal firms in China.
5.Thorough knowledge of administrative systems in China.
6.Ability to influence effectively all levels of Government via good interpersonal skills
