职位描述
1. 全面处理支行一切工作，保证支行安全、合规、正常运营；
2. 调动下属积极性，确保支行业绩稳步增长并完成当年分行下发的指标任务；
3. 全面控制支行经营成本，按分行要求，实施有效财务费用管理；
4. 贯彻执行总分行相关规章制度，制定相关实施细则并组织实施，指导、监督、检查，并落实相关制度的执行情况
5. 管理和制定支行的业务流程、日常操作规程，做好日常支行员工的培训工作；
6. 负责监管支行现金部在内所有部门的日常操作保持正常，并确保本行日常结算符合各项监管的要求。
7. 制定支行运营计划，确保支行运营方向符合市场及分行总体要求，保证持续发展。
8. 管理支行绩效指标，组织设定个人绩效指标并负责考核实施。对支行人员的表现进行考核、评估（包括职位升降或薪金调整等）；
9. 定期检查各部门主管业务运营管理情况，确保支行整体经营管理协调统一，执行有效；
10. 进行市场拓展，开发客户，了解客户；并在支行所在的区域内做好银行品牌和形象的推广工作。定期与支行所在区域政府部门及相关商会作沟通，及时更新市场信息；
11. 确保支行与分行各部门间的有效沟通，及时解决各种突发事件；
12. 将支行出现的各种突发事件或重大问题，及时汇报分行管理层；
13. 合理安排支行人员岗位及调动，负责支行人事安排；
14. 将支行业务中发现的可疑交易及时上报；
15. 审阅并向分行相关业务部门提交信贷报告。
