职位描述
Job Duties:
1.Contributes to the achievement of HML business target
(1)By proactively acquiring new HML cases from on-site sales activities and channels developed by HML BD team.
(2)By proactively following up HML referrals from PRM/PRO/AO/CSO/CSR or other business functions.
(3)By conducting the daily activity management to well plan and review the business achievements against target.
(4)By assisting manager to deliver on-job training and coaching to team members to ensure the continuous improvement on knowledge and skill level.
(5)By assisting manager to initiate programs to motivate team performance.
2.Contribute to the improvement of customer experience and strengthened market competitiveness
(1)By delivering satisfactory HML sales and service quality by making sure of high quality HML documentation, and closely follow-up of the approval and drawdown of each case.
(2)By being alert of the market move and provide timely feedback and initiatives to ensure the bank's competitiveness in HML business.
(3)By assisting manager in overall HML documentation quality control.
(4)By assisting manager in accreditation requirement fulfillment by team members.
3.Maintain HSBC internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
(1)Contribute to the enhancement of the prestigious image of the Bank by providing efficient and high quality professional service in compliance with external laws/regulations and internal control guidelines/standards.
(2)To report any operational risks identified or customer complaints received immediately.
(3)By maintaining and ensuring due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
(4)By fostering a compliance culture and implement Group Compliance Policy by managing compliance risk in liaison with the Head of Group Compliance, Regional Compliance Officer, Area Compliance Officer or Local Compliance Officer, ensuring adequate compliance resources are in place and training is provided, and optimizing relations with regulators. Maintain awareness of operational risk including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting in accordance with section 4 of the Group Operations FIM. By ensuring due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards, including the timely implementation of recommendations made by internal/external auditors and external regulators.
(5)Ensure compliance with all relevant internal instructions (FIMs, GSCs, circulars) and external regulatory requirements, including the management of operational risk and adherence to the Group's standards of ethical behavior.
Job Requirements:
1.Good computer skills, proficiency in using MS and relevant systems
2.Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
3.Well-organized, detail-oriented, responsible, reliable, committed and timeline conscious
4.Positive working attitude and a good team player
5.University or above graduate; 3-5 years or above working experience in a HML business or relevant HML business assistant role in the Bank and/or a multinational corporation will be a plus
