经过良好配装方式的开发和加强，保证稳定生产质量。 Assures consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good manufacturing practices
确认生产过程的效率。validating production processes efficiency.
提供整齐，容易看懂的质料和报告，说明部门的工作和效率。Providing nicely formatted and ordered documentation and reports, illustrating the operations and efficiency of the department.
管理质量部的人员。Managing the department staff.

工作责任 JOB DUTIES

决定、落实公司的质量规格、标准和过程。Devising and establishing the company’s quality procedures, standards and specifications;

配合采购部一起决定供应商的质量要求。Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers;

监督质量的过程和设备，通知领导们效率。Monitor QA systems and machinery, advise executive team about the performance.

准备统计数据比较效率和目标。 Prepare statistics regarding performance against set goals.

开发和落实监督供应商质量的质量计划，包括审核，检查，其他参数。Establish and maintain a QA program for monitoring supplier quality, including audits, controls, and other qualifiers.

开发、落实和管理控制质量的质料。Create and maintain QA control documentation.

辨认有关质量培训要求或机会。Identify relevant QA training needs and opportunities.

选择和任命自己部门的员工。Selects and assigns own's department staff.

经过调度任务、决定优先权和管理人员的工作把部门的操作协调。Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.

经过他们完成工作和工作方式的审核，评估和确认员工的效率。Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.

辨认工作人员发展和培训要求。Identifies staff development and training needs。

分析生产过程中发生的问题的原因，提供公司的过程有什么地方要改善。Analyzes the nature and cause of production problems to identify areas needing improvement in the company’s processes.
