主要职责：

1、介绍学校和课程，说服家长报名

2、接待上门咨询的家长，接听咨询电话

3、对孩子学习和性格进行全面地分析和评估

4、制定孩子长期的辅导计划与方案

5、与家长签订辅导协议

6、监督和跟踪教学服务质量

任职要求：

1、有销售经验，有教育行业课程顾问经验优先

2、善于与人沟通，能承受工作压力

3、喜欢孩子，对中小学生英语学习有一定的了解

4、工资构成：基本工资+绩效工资+提成

    The TEFL Academy is an English training institution that provides English language training, international culture exchange, and services of studying abroad. Professor Li Baokun, a well-known expert in English teaching and training field, organized various resources both home and abroad to set up the TEFL Academy in 1999. Upon the abundant resources, TEFL has built up its multinational expert team, imported the cutting-edge multimedia courseware Tell Me More, and developed a series of TEFL copyrighted teaching materials as well.
    TEFL is growing rapidly by establishing the ACT (American-China Teaching) company in America, recruiting and exporting teachers with TEFL/TESOL certificates which guarantees the quality and stability of its faculty.
