职位描述：
Job Objective :

? Be part of OEM/ODM product development, validation and product testing for APAC
? Support the other regions on product validation and testing
? Plan and execute the RD& deliverables of assigned projects
? Ensure testing of key functionality and safety, compliance with technical standards (internal/external) and provide improvement proposals.
? Establish the technical team including hiring of qualified staff and set-up of facilities.
? Manage the team including budget, administration, people management etc.

Responsibilities：

? Manage technical contacts for OEM products activities: on one side, with the local supplier network; on the other side, with the regional R&D references
? Manage day by day priorities and saturation of product testing equipment
? Execute product tests as required by R&D references according to existing Electrolux standard
? Plan the allocation of technical resources
? Support the timely delivery of assigned projects; in collaboration with Platform Leaders.
? Provide improvement proposals on test criteria
? Ensure compliance with work environment and safety regulations
? Constantly improve abilities and efficiency
? Ensure proper maintenance of testing equipment according to ISO90001
Qualification Requirements
? Degree in Engineering or related field is required, majored in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical
? 3-5 years of relevant experience in refrigeration testing
? Strong influential communication skills
? Systematic at work, precise and a self starter
? Enjoys working in a team and open to other cultures
? Good team spirit
? Knowledge of local product approval standards as they apply to appliances.
? Testing methodologies (DOE, statistical methodologies…)
? Innovative and open minded
? Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
