职位描述：
Job Responsibility

1. 针对生产或非生产材料，推进国产化采购，不断优化并降低采购成本
Promote the localization of procurement for production & non-production materials, optimize and reduce purchasing cost constantly.
2. 审核招投标和报价，评估供应商能力、质量、可靠性和价格，在授权范围内谈判合同，开发新的合格的供应商
Check bidding and quotation, assess supplier’s capability, quality, reliability and price, negotiate contract within the scope of authorization, and develop new qualified suppliers.
3. 根据公司新产品开发的要求，及时开发新的材料供应商，并对供应商的资质、产品的符合性做确认
According to the requirements of company's new product development, timely develop new suppliers of materials, and assess the qualification & conformity of the product of the suppliers
4. 评估或分析供应商的重要采购订单的标书、计划书和报价，谈判价格和交货方式，确保符合公司利益
Assess and analyze supplier’s bidding document, proposal and quotation of the important purchasing orders, negotiate price and delivery way to ensure company’s interests.
5. 根据公司目前或未来产品和材料需求协调采购开发活动，制定采购策略
According to the demands of company current & future products & materials, coordinate purchasing & sourcing activities and develop purchasing strategy
6. 配合质量部以及物控部门，监督供应商的持续改进
Cooperate with quality department & materials control department, supervise the continuous improvement of suppliers
7. 完成其他交办的工作
Other duties as assigned.

JOB Requirement:

工科类专业本科及以上学历Bachelor degree and above in engineering majors
英语读写流利Fluent in English reading & writing
5年以上相关工作经验
Over 5 years related working experience
熟悉供应商开发及管理流程，熟悉原材料，物料的生产工艺和流程，熟悉市场价格，熟悉计算机办公软件
Familiar with the processes of supplier development and management, productive technology of raw materials & materials, familiar with the market price & MS office software operation
制冷、暖通行业优先，熟悉电气件的采购
Refrigeration ,HVAC Industry is prefered, familiar with the purchasing of electrical products
具备成本意识、价值分析和预测能力，善于商务谈判和沟通
Cost-conscious, value analysis and forecasting capabilities, good at business negotiations and communication. 举报 分享
