职位描述：
岗位职责
1. 负责管理、维护、保障研发中心实验室心网络的整体稳定可靠运行
2. 负责网络的日常运行分析、撰写运行质量的分析报表；
3. 负责规划、执行网络的扩容、改造等相关优化建设项目工作，合理控制整体项目进度；
4. 网络环境及设备管理，提供网络设备维护方案以及网络的紧急故障响应及分析、处理。
5. 负责针对网络的整体规划和网络的优化工作，并制定相关规范文档；
6. 负责对常见故障处理规范、常见故障FAQ、疑难故障案例分析、重大故障应急预案的编写，并关注执行使用情况和效果跟进修订；
7. 负责云平台网络的建设、运维等工作，为用户和业务提供稳定、高效、安全的网络平台；
8. 负责云平台网络的性能、容量分析、问题定位、网络设备选型评估等；

任职要求
1. 大学本科及以上学历，计算机、通信类相关专业；
2. IT行业2年以上系统集成或网络运维工作经验，有电信运营商2年以上骨干网络运维经验，具备CCIE优先考虑；
3. 深入理解TCP/IP协议，了解HTTP、DNS、FTP、NAT等常见应用层协议以及交换机、路由器、防火墙、无线设备的工作和运行原理；
4. 熟悉路由、交换、负载均衡和网络管理等技术；具有大型互联网公司或者运营商生产网络架构和运维经验者优先；
5. 熟悉网络安全防护技术知识，能够发现和处理网络攻击行为；
6. 熟悉主流Cisco、juniper等厂商的网络设备的实施；
7. 熟悉LINUX操作系统、会写自动运维脚本优先考虑；
8. 对云计算的现在和未来有一定的理解；熟知云计算的业务、技术以及实践经验者优先。熟悉云计算虚拟网络产品及相关技术实现，例如堆叠、VxLAN、NFV等；
9. 拥有出色的学习能力、解决问题能力和动手能力，敏锐的风险意识和良好的风险识别能力；有强烈的责任感和细致的工作态度，具备良好的分析能力与表达能力，有良好的合作精神，能承受较强工作压力。
10. 具有优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，出色的技术文档、方案撰写能力。

Job Description:
1. Responsible for the management & maintenance of the core network to ensure the reliability and stability of the overall Hangzhou R&D lab network.
2. Create report of the network status analysis and running operational quality analysis
3. Responsible for the network optimization projects, such as network expansion, transformation and other related tasks, also follow up the progress of the entire project.
4. Network equipment management, provide network equipment maintenance solution, and able to handle, response, analysis emergency network problem.
5. Responsible for the planning and optimization of the overall network, and write relevant specification documents.
6. Write the network trouble shooting rules, FAQs, cases analysis, major contingency plans, and follow up the implementation and amendments of the above rules.
7. Responsible for cloud platform network construction, operation and maintenance work to provide stable, efficient and secure network platform for users.
8. Responsible for cloud platform network performance and capacity analysis, fault location, network equipment selection.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer or information communication related.
2. Preferred with more than 2 years’ experience in system integration or network operation and maintenance in IT industry, or with over 2 years’ experience in backbone network operation and maintenance, or with CCIE certificate.
3. Familiar with the TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, FTP, NAT and other common application layer protocol. Understand the working and operating principles of switches, routers, firewalls, wireless devices and IP routing switching technology. Better to have the experience to design and optimize the network with CISCO devices.
4. Familiar with the routing, switching, load balancing, network management technology and the principles of MPLS VPN technology. People with the network architecture design and maintain experience in large Internet companies or Operators are preferred.
5. Familiar with network security and able to detect and deal with network attacks.
6. Familiar with the operation on common network devices like those from Cisco and Juniper.
7. Familiar with LINUX system and able to create script is preferred.
8. Have a certain understanding of cloud computing, familiar with cloud computing business, technology and practical experience is preferred. Familiar with virtual network products and related technologies, such as stacking, VxLAN, NFV, etc.
9. Strong ability to learn, to solve problems, and to operate. Keen awareness of risk and ability for risk identification. Strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work attitude. Good analytical skills. Willing to express. Have a good spirit of cooperation. Could working under pressure.
