Job purpose:

Executes and implements strategy over China under the guidance of the Procurement manager, Lead Buyer, Country Purchasing Head, the Regional Category Domain Head and the global lead buyer.

Responsibilities:

Purchase COGS, CAPX & Common spend items for Hangzhou two sites.

Optimize purchasing process to lower purchasing cost and satisfy with site requirement

Develops strong relationship with his/hers executive customers, build a network of key specifiers to drive standardization plans in major repetitive categories of spends

Created PO in SAP and follow up PO execution. Review and investigate open POs on monthly basis, and close them as soon as possible. Maintain and update the annual contract list, Maintenance of Supplier database and so on.

Participate to the Investigation of opportunities with Regional Category Domain Head and Global Category managers on global sourcing opportunities (for other regions than AP/Japan) to serve the rest of the world and generate additional savings from alternative/ innovative sources.

Requirements:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university

Area of specialization: economics or international trade

At least 5 years JV working experience in the related areas

Good oral and written English.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE

Strong knowledge of industry information.

Strong experience in management of industry related suppliers.

Possess purchasing (sourcing & procurement) techniques and processes.

Global picture and strategic thinking combined with operational execution follow up and management.

Ability to influence all levels of management and other functional areas (business, finance, legal```)

Capability to work in a regional organization with multiple clients, dealing as well with corporate/global

Good communication, team work, organizational skills and ability to work with multiple deadlines

Strong internal customer & business focus, result orientation and change management experience

Good computer skills and system knowledge including SAP.

赛诺菲杭州工厂前身杭州赛诺菲民生制药有限公司（中外合资企业）于1995年11月30日在杭州注册成立。

赛诺菲杭州工厂是赛诺菲中国六大生产基地之一，工厂员工160余人，公司生产和包装固体和口服制剂、包装针剂以，产品涵盖内科用药、中枢神经系统、高血压、心血管、血栓、肿瘤领域21种处方药以及4种OTC药物。

2009年4月，赛诺菲集团宣布投资4.29亿人民币，在杭州滨江高新技术产业开发区打造新的生产基地，并通过升级和技改现有设备，发展成为亚洲的出口加工基地。

杭州工厂目前在滨江新厂区办公。
