职位描述：
Job description:
1. Reconcile statement & ap balance for scheduled payments
2. Follow to fix invoice disputes & credit notes related to ship & debit, cargo returns, etc.
3. Daily communication with suppliers
4. Payment forecast for scheduled suppliers
5. Follow payment settlement in system to support month end closing
6. Help on month/quarter/year end closing reports
7. Ad-hoc tasks assigned

Candidate Qualification:
1. Colleague or above, bachelor preferred
2. 0-3 years’ experience is ok. Accounts payables related preferred.
3. English CET 4 or above
4. Good skills at Excel, Outlook
5. Good communication skill & good team work
6. Positive, able to work under pressure
7. Strong ownership & reliable
