职位描述：
Responsibility
– Partner with Hiring Managers, HR manager to identify and build out recruiting needs and strategies;
– Implement the strategy and methodology about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc;
– Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of recruiting status;
– Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices;
– Maintain and analyze recruitment track data, and report basing on the requirement;
– Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationships with qualified candidates and contacts;
– Work positively and honestly to meet the Recruiter KPI;
– Understand and implement other task required by HR Manager.
Requirements
– Bachelor degree or above;
– Minimum 3 years working experience in recruitment in game industry or related industry;
– Knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence;
– Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin required;
– Solid interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. A self-starter, with consistently positive spirit, able to work independently and highly collaboratively;
– The gamer of Blizzard Products is preferred.
