职位描述：
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIIES.
l）Oversee large, complex, important projects or more than one project, including planning, assigning, monitoring, and reviewing progress and accuracy of work, evaluating results, etc.
对大型、复杂、重要的一个项目或多个项目进行监管，包括计划、分配、监控、工作准确性审查和结果评估等
2）Perform routine technical activities in the implementation, operation and maintenance of IT hardware, network and communication systems.
负责IT硬件、网络和通信系统的常规实施、运行和维护
3）Lead or participate in the trouble-shooting of support incidents related to software, hardware and network systems.
牵头或参与处理软件、硬件和网络系统的支持事件的故障解决
4）Utilize technical knowledge to resolve system issues arising in the underlying technical infrastructure and programs, including configuration, testing, and programming.

5）Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.

6）As ERP Administrator Back up,deal with the ERP issues when ERP leader is in the absence。
7）Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solutions.

8）Ensure work is compliant with applicable guidelines and regulations

9）Partner with the business to understand the detail of how the business works, and where IT can help support their need.

10）Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.

11）Assist in the facilitation of effective team and customer meetings and interactions.

12）Organize break/fix analysis for individual and recurring IT support issues. Document findings and work with appropriate resources to find and deliver cost effective and timely solutions.

13）Appropriately set expectations on the capabilities of IT, request timelines and scope, and assisting the business in prioritization when/if all needs cannot be met.

14） Consistently deliver high-quality services to customers and mange customer expectations effectively.

QUALIFICTIONS:
l）Education：Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline.
教育背景：学士学位或相同学历，计算机及其相关专业
2）Experience: Minimum 5 years applicable IT experience. Prior working experience in a foreign company or joint venture a plus.
工作经验：至少5年以上IT相关工作经验，有外企或合资企业工作经验者优先
3）Other: in-depth knowledge of current IT technologies and state-of-art practices including an understanding in areas of application programming, database and systems design. Must understand internet, intranet, extranet and client/server architectures and how legacy and web-based systems interface with each other. Must also have a basic understanding of IT infrastructure(networks, servers, storage). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to deliver informative. Well-organized presentation. Ability to work well in a team environment. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to provide solutions to issues.
4）This position requires fluency in the English language.
