Main Functions:

1) To provide financial analysis support according to management requirement ;

2) Ensure that cost control is preformed accurately, timely and completely;

3) Support and control yearly budget and financial forecasts

4) Efficient communication with stores to understand business performance

5) Business process optimization and procedure checking.

6) Support and Monitor store action plan and improve store performance;

Follow up action plan on main priorities –improve business and results ;

Profit winner through the cost controlling schemes ;

7) Manage store reporting team, to help them be more competent for current job;


Qualifications Requirements:

1) Bachelor’s Degree or above , finance background is preference;

2) More than 5-years related working and management experience in foreign invested companies preference;

3) A team player and good learner ;

4) Prior experience in mentoring and coaching junior staff;

5) Self-motivated and independent with high integrity;

6) Aggressive, initiative and committed; Detail and accuracy oriented;

7) Excellent interpersonal skills;

8) Fluent spoken and written English is must ;

9) Good master of Microsoft office and finance system ;
