职位描述：
工作内容 Responsibility
1. 运用网络或内部资源搜索指定的区域的潜在客户
Help sourcing potential customer in target region and industry via internet or 3rd party data
2. 通过电话沟通，找到客户的负责相关业务的关键人，并了解其清洁设备的需求
Find out key person through cold call and understand its cleaning needs
3. 定期跟进、电话回访已成交客户，收集客户满意度及反馈
Follow-up, re-call to existing customer to know its feedback, future buying opportunity and satisfactory survey.
4. 与直销团队通力合作，互相沟通
Cooperate with Direct sales, well communicating

个人素质要求 Qualification
1. 中专及以上学历，口齿清晰，普通话标准
Good Mandarin, communication skill
2. 有电话直销经验的，或电话直销专业的优先考虑
Tele-marketing experience or related major preferred
3. 具有较强自我学习能力，主动学习掌握与工作相关的知识
Strong self-learning capability
4. 积极面对困难和挫折，勇于接收挑战
Pro-active, optimistic to the difficulty and failure, willing to take challenge
5. 情绪稳定，有自我调节能力，不因工作压力和个人原因影响工作
Strong self-motion dealing capability
6. 具有保密意识，妥善管理客户信息
