Mission of function
- 仓库EHS 和5S 的管理和执行，确保仓库团队的人员与资产的安全；
- To implement EHS and 5S management to ensure the safety of warehouse team and warehouse capital
- 组织仓库操作人员操作和安全培训；
- Organize security training for warehouse operation team under the support by Security Engineer
- 仓库设备的申请和日常保养及检查记录
- Implement warehouse equipment application daily checking and record
- 保持仓库物料和设备遵循5S要求，定置定位，摆放有序
- Keep warehouse materials and facilities in order based on 5S principle
- 严格要求仓库人员遵循物料收发流程
- To administer the warehouse operation based on MPH (Materials Providing & Handling) principle
- 统一规范仓库日常操作工作（收，发，存），并且培训相关人员；
- Standardize and document the warehouse operational work (receiving, storage, replenishing and shipping, etc.) and implement the training for warehouse team
- 根据仓库日常管理条例监督仓库人员的工作效率与表现
- Measure warehouse efficiency and performance based on MPH principle
- 优化仓库布局，最大化的利用仓库空间，并提高物料流动的效率；
- Optimize warehouse layout to maximize the utilization rate of warehouse space and improve the efficiency of materials flow under the support by method Engineer
- 提高库存准确率
- To manage physical inventory to improve inventory accuracy
- 执行仓库年度盘点和日常循环盘点，提高仓库准确率Implement stocktaking and cycle counting to improve inventory accuracy
- 仓库人员日常管理
- To manage warehouse team
- 提出KPI 指标的改善计划并跟踪执行情况；Make out action plans to improve Logistics KPIs and follow up the implementation
- 确保仓库人员遵循标准作业指导书；
- Ensure warehouse staff to obey the warehouse standard operation processes

Experience
- 至少5年大型跨国公司仓库管理经验
- At least 5 years experience in warehouse management in Multi-National Corporation
Education and Language
- 大专毕业，物流专业；
- College in Logistics specially
- 英语良好
- Can work in English
