我们正在招募Web UI开发工程师，要求对于web前端开发有浓厚兴趣，并且完全负责将我们产品的UI设计升级到下一代。需要和产品经理以及工程师团队一起，确定并且实现产品的框架和原型。合适的人选应该对于Web 2.0应用开发非常熟练，包括使用HTML，CSS，Javascript（jQuery开发经验更佳），AJAX，JSON，JSP和Java等相关技术。HTML5, CSS3的相关经验会更有利。

工作内容（包含但不局限）

快速原型设计，并且开发实现我们基于SaaS平台的按需客户解决方案的用户交互特性。

提出创新性的用户交互设计和体验，使得用户和平台的交互更加便捷。

在敏捷开发环境中，和产品经理，项目经理以及工程师团结紧密合作。

完全负责产品的UI设计。

使用最新的Web2.0技术，实现有很好交互性的用户界面设计。

建立UI编码标准以及UI开发团队的方向。

参与所有关于UI方面的设计和代码审查工作。

要求

丰富的前端开发经验,有大项目经验者优先。

计算机或者软件工程等相关专业本科学历。

熟悉W3C标准，能熟练运用XHTML、CSS进行合理的网页制作。

熟悉各种主流浏览器的CSS兼容性问题的解决方法。

Javascript开发经验优秀者优先考虑。 熟悉主流的Javascript框架，如：jQuery。

熟悉HTML5，CSS3；熟悉WebSocket 和 Comet。

有JEE开发背景者优先。

有在单个团队工作能力以及跨团队合作技能。

有关注细节，同时把握工作全局能力。

优秀的英语口头和书面表达水平。

优秀的分析和解决问题能力。

About this Job

We are looking for a Web UI Developer who is passionate about web front end development and wants to take complete ownership of our product’s UI to take it to the next level. You will be working with Product Management and Engineering teams to finalize wireframes/mockups and bring them to reality. The ideal person would be proficient in building Web 2.0 applications using HTML, CSS, Javascript (jQuery experience preferred), AJAX, JSON, JSP and Java. HTML5 , CSS3 experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

· Rapidly prototype and develop user interface features for our SaaS based platform for on-demand customer engagement solutions

· Come up with innovative new user interface designs and experiences to enable easy user interaction with the platform

· Work closely with Product Management, Program Management and Engineering teams in an agile (SCRUM) development environment

· Take complete ownership of the product UI

· Implement highly interactive user interface using latest Web 2.0 technologies

· Set UI coding standards and directions for the UI development team

· Participate in design and code reviews for all UI efforts

Qualifications

· Rich experience in UI development; big projects experience preferred

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related software engineering discipline

· Familiarity with the W3C standards, proficient in use of XHTML, CSS to make Web pages

· Familiarity with the solutions to CSS compatibility issues of all kinds of mainstream browsers

· Strong experience with multiple Javascript libraries/framework ( jQuery) preferred.

· Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3,WebSocket and Comet

· JEE experience preferred

· Ability to work well in a team as well as cross-team collaboration skills.

· Ability to pay close attention to details as well as to see a bigger picture of tasks.

· Strong oral and written communication skills in English

· Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
