岗位职责：

1、 接待家长及学生的到访。为家长提供教育咨询服务，对学生的学习状况做出分析与诊断，结合至善的课程与服务，为学生制定个性化的辅导计划与方案。

2、 负责接听家长咨询电话及家长、学生的约访；

3、 全力协助专职教师，对签约学生做好信息的反馈，并跟踪个性化辅导方案的落实，促进教学目标的达成；

4、 维护至善的品牌教育，负责家长与学生的沟通协调工作，与家长建立良好关系，提高客户满意度与忠诚度；

5、 及时搜集整理教育相关的资讯，不断提升综合的业务素养，为学生、家长提供值得信赖的教育咨询服务；

6 、有领导才能，善于调动部门积极性，提高本部门业绩。

任职资格：

1、心理学、教育学、师范专业、营销相关专业本科以上学历

2、具备较强的沟通表达、抗压能力

3、有相关经验的优先
