职位描述：
一、职位：研发高级化学家

二、汇报对象：
上级：研发经理和研发主管
下属：由研发经理分配给化学家的实习生和/或同一项目团队的其他化学家

三、岗位职责：
研发高级化学家不仅担任研发中心，而且还领导项目团队实现研发工作的目标。
1. 遵守公司和研发团队的规定和行为准则。
2. 研究开发项目和工厂支持工作的策略，并提出研发管理方法的建议。
3. 管理项目组，完成研发项目和工厂的支持工作。
4. 作为研发团队的专家，提供创新思维和经验的技术创新和专业知识，促进研究新方法取得***成果。

高级化学研究员作为研发项目的领导者，应：
1. 管理、整合和开展科学数据收集和总结与文献综述，为新进和项目建立坚实的科学基础；
2. 根据研发项目管理建立的项目/工厂支持工作策略，创新科学地设计实验，并进行适当的测量，分析和控制；
3. 以简洁有效的方式将数据和项目交付成果交付给项目管理；
4. 按照研发运营管理的要求，按照时间和经费管理，开展实验室业务活动；
5. 为公司高级管理层要求的任何其他目标向公司提供智力支持；
8. 在项目组中展示项目和活动的领导和所有权，并与研发同事一起处理困难积极。

四、任职资格：
1. 高分子化学/有机化学/应用化学/药物化学学士或以上学位；
2. 离子交换树脂的高级技术理解和知识，包括但不限于合成化学，分析，生产，应用等；
3. 根据教育背景，至少有2-8年的聚合物材工业经验；
4. 独立开展研究开发项目的良好记录；
5. 沟通和表达能力强；
6. 良好的口头和书面的英语。

Job Description of R&D Senior Chemist
I. Job Title: R&D Senior Chemist
II. Report Line:
Report to: R&D Manager and R&D Supervisor
Subordinate: Trainee who is allocated to Chemist by R&D Manager, and/or other Chemist in the same project team
III. Responsibilities
R&D Senior Chemist not only does the job as R&D Chemist, but also leads the project team to achieve the objective of the research and development work.
1. Obey the regulations and code of conduct in Company and R&D Team.
2. Think the strategies of the research and development projects and plant support work, and suggest the proposals of approaches to R&D Management.
3. Take the lead and manage the project team to accomplish the research and development projects and plant support work.
4. As an expert in R&D Team, provide technical innovation and know-how with creative thinking and experience, to facilitate new approaches in research to achieve the best results.
5. As a leader of the R&D project, Senior Chemist shall:
a. Manage, consolidate and conduct scientific data collection and summarization and literature review, to establish solid scientific foundation for new and ongoing projects
b. Design the experiments creatively and scientifically according to the strategy of the project/plant support work established by R&D project management, and carry on them with proper measurement, analysis and control;
c. Communicate data and project deliverables to project management in succinct and effective way;
6. To carry out the lab operational activities according to the requirement of R&D Operational management with decent time and budget management.
7. Contribute intellectual support to company for any other objective required by company senior management.
8. Exhibit leadership and ownership of projects and activities in Project Team and be positive in dealing difficulties together with R&D colleagues.
IV. Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above degree in Polymer Chemistry/Organic Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry
2. Advanced technical understanding and knowledge of ion-exchange resin, including but not limited to Synthesis chemistry, Analysis, Production, Application and so on;
3. Minimum 2-8 years working experience in polymeric material industry depending on educational background;
4. Good track records of conducting research and development projects independently;
5. Strong communication and presentation skills
