工作职责
1. 研究和落实最新的技术，确保最大的生产效率并减少生产成本；
2. 检查并研究目前的产品设计，科技，提交分析调查报告并提出改善建议；
3. 在流水线上提供技术上的支持和处理，确保生产过程中的质量控制，分析并处理；
4. 管理并引导流水线的员工和销售人员的技术培训；
5. 安排并制定绘图，装配绘图，装配说明和材料清单；
6. 制定一些国家的技术认证标准；
7. 协助采购部门和资源部门；
8. 协助外贸部门解决售后服务，给予故障检测员技术支持；

职位要求
1.本科学历，电力电子相关专业，硕士学历优先考虑；
2.至少五年的相关逆变焊机设计和开发生产的工作经验--ARC/MMA, TIG, TIG/MMA, PLASMA CUTTER, CO2/MIG, TIG AC/DC,
3.精通电源系统的设计原理，磁性元件设计；
4.精通功率元器件选型，熟悉电气、安规标准；
5能熟练使用MATHCAD、PSPICE、AUTO CAD、PROTEL99，FMEA等设计软件；
6.有三年以上大功率开关电源研发经验，有产品应用案例；从事焊接电源技术平台研发；软开关技术以及新型功率器件的应用；焊接电源数字化，模块化研究；
7.牢固的焊机设计背景，设备维护和生产处理背景；
8. 耐心的学习最新的科技技术，有处理和分析的头脑，乐观的态度；
9. 精通中文和英文-读写，交谈；
10. 卓越的谈话技巧，解决问题的能力和团队精神；

We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified and motivated engineer to join our team at our manufacturing plant in YongKang, Zhejiang. Our company is looking to expand our market position worldwide and therefore need to sustain the highest level of innovations in research and development for the manufacturing of our products.
Job Responsibilities:
Research and implement the latest technologies to ensure maximum production efficiency and to reduce manufacturing costs.
Review the design of existing products and recommend changes which will result in improved product design, write up technical reports which document engineering analysis and findings.
Provide technical support for mechanical assembling and manufacturing process, oversee assembly quality control, analyze and solve production problems.
Supervise and conduct technical training for both production workers and sales team.
Prepare and create layout drawings, assembly drawings, assembly instruction and bill of materials.
Acquire necessary technical certification from various government agencies in preparation for the export of our products.
Support sourcing department during supplier qualification for components which will result in the most economical cost of production.
Assist sales team with customer service and complaints, troubleshoot customer technical issues.
Job Requirements:
BSc in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field, MSc would be a plus.
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience with designing and producing welding machinery, MMA, TIG, TIG/MMA, TIG (AC/DC), MIG/MAG and Plasma Cutter.
Solid background in mechanical design, equipment maintenance and manufacturing process.
Strong research and development skills, FMEA.
Knowledgeable with using Auto CAD and MS Office, ability to use Protel99, Solid Works and Solid Edge would be an advantage.
Passionate to learn new technology, possess an analytical mind, creative and open-minded.
Fluency in Chinese as well as proficient in both written and spoken English.
Excellent communication skills, problem solver and a team player.
