Job Description:
Responsibility of the Role:
1.Prepare and manage short-term and long-term plan of the company and arrange for implementation;

2.Strengthen internal control of the company;

3.Monitor planning, budgeting;

4.Perform annual performance evaluation of in-charge persons for each department, and approve and control from finance and tax perspective;

5.Build company culture;

6.Manage cost control of the company;

7.Report to head office in Poland;

8.Manage production planning, including building relevant planning mechanism to ensure the efficiency of production;

9.Overall control of production technology and quality, fix any technical or quality issues of production timely, and ensure that the quality of products can meet targets;

10.Manage cost control for production, including improving efficiency, reducing waste of material, ensure fulfilling the financial targets;

11.Organise production, equipment, security check, and production statistics maintenance etc.;

12.Manage production safety, and ensure that there will not be any serious production accident;

Requirements:
1.Colleague education and above; at least 10 yrs working experiences (minimum 5 yrs experiences in a management role of a factory); experiences in furniture textile industry is preferred;

2.Proficient technical skills, including production procedure, quality control, textile technics etc.; be familiar with the daily process of factory production;

3.Ability to draft and implement manufacturing plan; have rich experiences in production process, arranging production plans, quality control, cost control, logistic control, production and export documents;

4.Experience in budgeting, cost control and human resource evaluation is necessary;

5.Good communication skills and team work personality; strong sense of ownership; high professional standard; hard worker; be able to work under pressures;

6.Strong problem solving skills;

7.Fluent oral English, and can read, write in English as well (this is a ‘must’requirement). 举报 分享
