工作职责：
1.为摩菲中国工厂生产用的材料进行本地化 /降低成本。
2.支持摩菲美国公司的供应链、质量并进行新产品开发。
3.为摩菲美国及中国工厂开发、维护、改善供应商资源。
4.确保在供应商选择、价格/合同/项目谈判、供应商资质等方面符合摩菲全球策略和标准。
5.与团队、同行业人员以及供应商交流技术信息。
6.利用供应商绩效指标推动纠正措施及改善计划。
7.通过分析及反应，对供应商的风险防范策略进行提前的定义并执行。
8.确保制造与采购的过渡。
9.运用G8D及LSS分析工具。

要求：
1.5年以上采购或供应商质量管理经验。
2.具有3年以上跨国公司工作经验，具有全球化思维和执行力。
3.具有渊博的产品知识，熟悉铸造、注塑、冲压、机械知识。
4.具有较强工程背景，能够阐释技术文件。
5.熟悉多品种，小批量产品的供应商开发。 具有工业控制仪表生产经验者优先。
6.具有良好的书面及口头英语表达能力，能用英语召开国际电话会议。
7.熟练使用数据库筛选成本控制机会、分析成本组成、材料成本和供应商信息。
8.熟悉精益6西格玛方法者优先。
9.熟悉美国生产技术标准者优先。

Responsibilities:
1.Identify and initiate localization / cost reduction for FWM China plant.
2.Support FWM US in areas of supply chain, quality, and new product development.
3.Develop, maintain, and improve supplier base for FWM US and China manufacturing
4.Ensure FWM global strategies and standards are withhold for supplier selection, price/contract/terms negotiation, supplier & part qualification, etc.
5.Communicate technical information with team members and others in the work group, as well employees in other units, and suppliers.
6.Utilize Supplier Performance Metrics to drive corrective actions and improvement plans.
7.Identify and react to known supply risks by proactively defining and executing Risk Mitigation strategies.
8.Enable Make vs. Buy transitions.
9.Utilizations of G8D,LSS Tools.

Qualification:
1.Min.5 years of relevant working experience in sourcing and/or supplier quality management.
2.Min. 3 years experience in MNC. Be able to think and act globally across multiple cultures and functions.
3.Profound knowledge in commodities and supplier base such as casting, injection molding, stamping, machining.
4.Strong engineering background, ability to read and interpret technical documents.
5.Be familiar with high-mix, low-volume product sourcing. Experience in industrial control instrumentation industry is preferred.
6.Excellent English skills in speaking, writing and reading. Be capable of leading telephone conversation with Global team.
7.Experience in using database for reviewing opportunity, structure, material cost and supplier information.
8.Knowledge of lean, 6-Sigma is preferred.
9.Knowledge of American standard is preferred.
