职位描述
岗位职责：
1.根据中国相关的法律法规，制定、实施和监督合法的安全环境政策和程序。
2.通过教育，培训，项目的发展，相关文档以及岗位支持，继续维护中国工厂员工的安全意识；建立计划和流程以便能及时给员工提供目前他们需要的以及期望的培训；及时完成培训并对培训有效性进行评估。
3.作为中国安全委员会的主席，确定各项战略，提高安全意识，贯彻落实各项安全措施。
4.进行审计以排除已存在的或潜在的环境、消防、安全、健康危害，并决定相应的解决以及预防性的措施，实时监控以保证各项措施的落实。
5.推动各项事故，工伤以及“有惊无险”事件的调查，并保存必要的文件。
6.完成，归档并保存所有工人的理赔档案。完成并保存OSHA 日志以及其他月报。
7.灵活的应对能力，并严格保守机密性的信息和相关资料，制定并监督长期的解决方案以便应对后续问题。
8.调查各类事故、工伤，并收集相关的材料以及证据以便使用在听证会，诉讼以及保险调查上。
要求：
1.相关专业，本科以上学历。
2.至少5年以上安全/环境经验或培训，或同等的教育和经验相结合。
3.能阅读、分析和理解一般的商业杂志、专业刊物,和政府规定。能撰写报告,商业信函、操作手册。能够有效地表达信息并能回答经理、客户、顾客和公众提出的问题。
4.擅长处理各类数据概念,如概率和统计推断,平面与立体的几何和三角学；擅长应用各类概念,如分数、百分比、比率及比例的实际情况。
Responsibilities:
1.Plans, implements, and oversees approved safety and environmental policies and procedures in compliance with local, Chinese rules and regulations.
2.Champions safety awareness in the China facility through education, training, program development, documentation and job specific support. Develops a plan and process for providing required and desired training. Completes training in a timely manner and validates effectiveness.
3.Serves as Chairman of the China Safety Committee to establish strategies, create awareness, and implement safety programs.
4.Conducts audits to detect existing or potential environmental, fire, safety, and health hazards, determines corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
5.Facilitates the investigation of accidents, injuries, and near misses and maintains proper documentation.
6.Completes, files, and maintains all appropriate workman’s compensation documentation. Completes and maintains OSHA Logs and other monthly reporting.
7.Capable of working flexible shifts as needed, and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and materials. Develop and implement long term solutions that will eliminate subsequent problems.
8.Leads the investigation of accidents and injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree in related disciplines .
2.A minimum of five years Safety/Environmental experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
4.Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
