Job Description:
- Responsible for staff attendance registration and prepare monthly reports;
- Accounting duties including issuing cheque, and accounts monthly report & tax calculation;
- Renew business license and prepare documents for annual inspection;
- Perform other Admin tasks as requested.

Requirement:

- At least 1 year relevant experience in accounts and administration, previously similar experience in Multinational company is must;
-Good command of English and Mandarin;
-Good computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
-Good communication and presentation skills;
-Pleasant personality and good telephone manner.
