职位描述：
1.Define the strategies and map out the yearly training plan to support the current initiatives and training objective ensuring we achieve optimum results.
根据公司经营战略和目标制定培训策略及年度培训计划

2.Partner and collaborate with the department managers to evaluate and identify training needs.
协助各部门经理明确培训需求

3. Implement all kinds of required trainings in close cooperation with the department, HR and vendors.
与各部门、供应商等紧密合作实现培训计划


4.Develop job related training procedures.
梳理制定培训流程

5. Coordinate and manage training-related meeting agendas to ensure effective time management and execution of the schedule.
协调管理培训进程及安排确保培训正常有序进行

6.Select, evaluate and manage external training consultants /or vendors in an effective way to ensure the quality can meet our standard.
选择、评估和管理外部培训公司或供应商，确保培训质量

7. Act as internal trainer to provide soft skill training.
作为内部讲师提供软性技能培训

8. Develop, maintain and update training materials as needed
定期维护更新培训材料

9.Communicate training programs and plans to ensure transparency and accessibility.
定期回顾和跟进培训项目确保可行性和透明度

任职要求：

1.Bachelor degree or above in human resources, business management, etc. or related fields.
本科及以上学历，人力资源、商业管理等相关专业

2.Minimum 5 years working experience in training function , Medical industry or corporate training environment is preferred.
5年以上培训经验相关经验，医疗或相关行业优先考虑

3.Familiar with organization strategy, business model and people in the team
熟悉公司政策、商业模式
Good oral and written English and Mandarin and efficient user of MS office.
良好的英文能力，熟练使用办公软件
Excellent communication skill, good planner and organizer.

Be able to work independently and under pressure.
