职位描述：
岗位职责：
1，负责公司游戏系列的整体风格制定和掌控；
2，根据需求准确独立完成游戏内的人物，场景，界面等美术资源的设计和制作；
3，根据项目计划，按时提交合格的设计产物；
4，负责游戏宣传画，海报相关资源的绘制。

职位要求：
1. 至少2年以上游戏美术设计经验，手机游戏产品优先；
2. 喜爱动画，漫画，TVGAME，PCGAME以及电影美术；
3. 扎实的美术功底，具有良好的手绘能力，专业的手绘经验；
4. 富有丰富的想象力，造型能力，良好的色彩感悟力，并对动画制作有一定了解；
5. 精通作图软件：photoshop、painter、flash、Illustrator等专业绘图软件；
6. 工作积极主动，善于沟通，有较强的团队合作精神；
