This position is responsible for local entity tax transaction and shared service customer receivable process, in charge of HZ & YH, total 2 legal entities.

The person will take charge of tax invoices issuance & recording as well as monthly tax filing of OCV (Hangzhou/ YuHang).

The position reports directly to OCV China Accounting Manager.

1. Live the Safety stand, adhere to the safety responsibilities.

2. Process VAT Invoices and tax reconciliation

· Issue VAT invoices according to SAP invoices on a daily basis

· Ensure that all the sales deliveries have been processed VAT invoices and tax amounts should be equal to the amounts in Golden Tax System

· Purchase tax invoices, ordinary sales invoices and handle tax-related matters as required

3. Prepare export rebate documents and tax bureau submission

· Prepare export rebate documents for Hangzhou plant and Yuhang Plant for tax agent on a monthly basis

· Ensure timely fulfillment of tax liabilities for VAT, withholding taxes and surcharges

· Complete Tax Bureau submission according to the relevant requirements on a monthly basis

· Comply with local tax regulation and effectively interact with State and Local Tax Bureau

4. Cross-functional communication and contribution

· Work across within Plant each functions to collect all the necessary information

· Provides support to other team members at plant, BU and regional level

Experience:

· Bachelor degree or above, majored in Finance and Accounting .

· Over 3 years’ Accounting/Financial experiences in the manufacturing environment.

Knowledge and Abilities:

· Practical knowledge of ERP system (SAP 6.0 preferred)

· Strong computer and analytical skill. Professional in English communication both in written and verbal.
