Responsibility:
1) To review and prepare application documents for foreign expat's employment licence, work permit, residence license submission at the local government authorities in HangZhou i.e. Labor Bureau and Public Bureau Security.
2) To liaise with local government authorities to obtain latest immigration updates and requirements as well as follow up with application status.
3) To accompany foreign expats to do medical check up at HangZhou Medical Centre or to PSB during residence license submission which require physical appearance.
4Assist in the scheduling and preparation of all Santa Fe relocation services (orientations, school searches, home searches), including but not limited to services in Hangzhou.
5) Assist in all Santa Fe home-searches, orientation, school search, settling in lease renewal and departure programs, visa application and renewal as per authorization and scope of work in Suzhou and surrounding cities, as required.

6) Co-ordinate the payment of housing deposits, security deposits and other related fees. Co-ordinate the property hand-over/hand-back and ensure that all works are completed as agreed in the contract prior to the move-in/move-out date.

Requirement:
1, Local person,minimum Diploma Level
2, Fluent English both in oral and written
3, Minimum 2 years relevant working experience,
4, Work hard, Pro-active and good team player.
5. Candidate with immigration and relocation services background in HangZhou is prefered.
