（一）高优待遇：
1 基础工资面议，5000-8000元，根据能力决定
2.销售提成：15%的个人销售提成+1.5%团队及销售经理的提成
3 公司组织每月定期培训
4 个人发展：
销售额达到一级水平，销售团队可到香港和新加坡考察；
销售额达到二级水平，可以获得额外假期以便于安排个人事务
销售额达到三级水平，每年一次到西班牙，法国和意大利以便于更好和更深的了解欧洲经济文化；
在销售，市场营销策划或培训部门有提升空间，另有机会在欧洲总部工作。


（二）职位描述及要求：
1 岗位描述：
在中国各大城市创建并管理销售团队，同时建立自己的客户群
2 工作地点：
1）义乌办事处 2）或者在应聘者所在地开设新的办事处。
3 经验要求：
-在投资/证券/黄金/白银/古币、收藏行业等等从事销售经理至少2年以上，并管理过不少于10人的销售团队
-在本人所在城市建立，管理和培养销售网络。

（三）面试
面试时间：每天早上10:30 下午2：30，届时会涉及产品和具体待遇问题
