Job Title : Operation Manager
Functional Area :Production Molding
Reports To : General Manager
1. Summary of position:
?Overall management with full responsibilities for tooling maintenance, machines and facilities, molding operation to achieve company objectives that beneficial to all the stakeholders.
2. Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1.Responsible to develop and maintain a robust manufacturing process that exceed customer requirement, approve mold and line qualification.
2.Review and approve document processes and procedures for conformance with customers and relevant agencies requirement.
3.Investigate customer complaint, process deviation or quality non-conformance and pro-actively participate in problem resolution.
4.Provide leadership, training and implement the use of statistical tools and advance process control on the shop floor.
5.To identify, train and develop potential successors within the organization.
6.Drive continuous improvement program with lean operation.
7.Implement new technologies, system and machinery to the management so as to stay competitive and meet market demand.
8.Responsible to plant set up compliance to medical and automotive facilities.
9.Responsible to plant and equipment layout to ensure efficiency process flow and optimize space utilization.
10.Responsible to set up an effective maintenance system for all molds, manufacturing and plant equipment to ensure effective set up time.
3. Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:
1.Systematic De-coupled Molding and NRT Workbook Technology.
2.Mechanical and Process Window Qualification.
3.Fundamental Tooling Design.
4.Possess knowledge in Quality System.
5.Knowledge in FMEA and Risk Analysis.
6.Microsoft Office.
7.Bilingual. (Spoken and Written)
8.7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
4. Typical Working Experience:
Above 20 years of experience working in molding industries. (Preferably with overseas experience)
5. Education
1.Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc and minimum 10 years of working experience in molding industries.
2.Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering etc and minimum of 5 years working experience.
