Responsibilities:
? Recruit and fill quarterly hiring metrics which include positions at the staff, individual contributor and management level areas including but not limited to: Software and Hardware Engineering, Operations and Administration
? Educate and guide managers through the entire Aerohive recruiting and hiring process
? Assist managers in identifying core competencies so well developed job descriptions are created
? Develop and implement sourcing strategies via targeted job boards, niche sites and/or social media channels, and track hiring effectiveness
? Lead core competency evaluation meetings and document information during this exercise so job requirements/competencies are captured, understood, and candidates sourced appropriately
? Pre-screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques
? Lead candidate interview process, host candidate calibration discussions with the interview team, negotiate compensation packages, close candidates, and other tasks involved in full life-cycle recruiting
? Generate weekly report to track performance against goals
? Maintain accurate and timely documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities in ATS to ensure audit-readiness at all times
? Lead all Employment Brand initiatives and programs for the Hangzhou office with the goal of building robust and quality pipeline for current and future positions
? Oversee University Recruiting and Internship program; partner closely and strengthen relationships with local targeted universities for engineering talent
? Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to attract qualified candidates while working under specific budgetary constraints
? Develop partnerships and communicate continuously with hiring managers and senior management to ensure alignment to candidate pipeline, staffing plans, and achievement against hiring goals
? Lead the New Hire Employee On-Boarding process (including New Hire Orientation presentations, collecting paperwork, etc.) and may assist with Employee Off-Boarding as needed
? Deliver an outstanding Candidate Experience to all applicants via transparent communication and strong relationship building throughout the recruiting process
? Uphold all company-wide internal human resources and staffing policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with China’s local and country laws
? Keep current on all local and country employment laws and regulations; update management team and employees as needed
? Partner closely with HR Generalist to perform a wide variety of tasks related to HROps, Employee Relations, and other sensitive matters
Qualifications:
? Experience as a full life-cycle recruiter responsible for but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, negotiation and candidate close
? Advanced sourcing experience in the following areas: Boolean search queries, networking, LinkedIn, Social Media, University Relations, and other channels
? Demonstrated success filling key positions in a high-volume and metrics-driven environment
? Capable of supporting multiple requisitions (15 average) successfully
? Effective organizational skills with strong attention to detail and work accuracy
? Multi-tasks effectively well, prioritizes and supports multiple projects concurrently as needed
? Highly collaborative team-player focused on delivering results
? Flexible, agile and thrives working in a consistently dynamic and fast-paced environment
? Track record of demonstrating a strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and confidentiality
? Strong analytical skills; able to draw insights, identify patterns and trends using data
? Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
? Previous experience with HR Systems including: HRIS, Applicant Tracking System, Performance Management
Experience:
? Bachelors degree and/or equivalent practical experience
? 8+ years of full cycle recruiting experience is required
? 2 years of broad Human Resources experience utilizing consultative skills in a fast-paced, high-growth technology organization is highly desired
