职位描述：
1、在事业部服务主管的直接领导下，负责地毯机设备的售前、售中、售后服务工作，按操作规范进行现场安装、调试，为客户提供更好的技术支持
2、服务工程师配合部门助理，负责保内配件的发货和统计以及收回保外配件的费用
3、处理已使用地毯机客户反馈的问题，须跟踪协调内部人员尽快解决问题，直到客户认为可以告一段落，并进行总结和汇总
4、及时对客户进行电话回访，填写每周计划与总结，客户使用情况跟踪表，发送至服务主管
1. In charge of pre-sale, in-sale and after-sale technical support; Install and debug the device according to work standards. Offer best technical support to customers.
2. Install and debug the machine which has been reformed.
3. Help the assistant to confirm the spare parts which are within the contract and receover the spare parts costs which are outside the contract.
4. Solve the problems from customers, cooperating with internal engineers, if needed. Sum up and report the problems & improvements.
5. Get the signature and stamp on service report and device list from customers after the installation of new machine.
6. Make telephone follow up for customers in time. Finish weekly plan and summary, and customer feedback questionnaires. Report to service team leader weekly.
任职要求：
1、相关工作经验3年以上
2、掌握基本的机械、电气设备维修、维护常识
3、熟悉PLC编程
4、责任心强，能适应3个月的国外长期出差，能承受较强工作压力
5、英语四级以上，英语口语流利，能独立完成设备安装、调试及客户培训阶段和客户的协调及沟通工作；

2. Has strong sense of responsibility, accept a long time (e.g. 3 months) overseas business trip, can bear strong working pressure.
3. Has good ability to repair and maintain the equipment.
