职位描述：
Job Responsibility:
Manage and communicate with Suppliers, Forwarders and internal Finance staff to –
Confirm the goods ready day in advance.
Ensure suppliers provide the correct initial shipping documents.
Ensure the supplier send the booking to the forwarder on time.
Ensure the forwarder confirm bookings and issue the SO on time.
Confirm that the goods have been successfully delivered and departed on-time and in-full.
Ensure all shipping docs are provided on time, accurate and complete.
Request payments accurately with the correct shipping docs.
Communicate with supplier / internal teams and management to resolve any problems or emergency

Job Requirement
University graduate or above majoring in logistic or relevant background.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
New graduation or over 1 year working experience in the shipping team of the buying office or in the international logistic company.
Experience or knowledge on the whole shipping process from sailing schedule / booking / documentation / customs clearance / domestic transportation / payment.
Positive energy and always looking to lift personal and team performance.
Eager to learn and be team player; Pro-active problem solver.
Clear communication skills.

工作内容：
和供应商，货代，财务人员进行沟通并完成相关工作：
确认货物发运前已准备好；
确保供应商提供了正确的原始船运单据；
确保供应商按时向货代订舱；
确保货代及时确认订舱和出具SO；
确认货物完全发货，按时出运；
确保所有的船运单据按时，正确，完全提供；
按照正确的船运单据要求付款；
和供应商/内部人员 沟通，解决出现的问题和紧急状况。

要求：
大学毕业， 物流或相关专业毕业。
英语听说读写熟练。
应届生或1年以上年buying office或物流公司船务经验。
对船期/订舱/文件/清关/货运/支付等船务流程有相关的经验和知识。
工作积极，能够寻求自我提高和提升团队表现。
勤奋爱学，有团队精神，能够解决出现的问题。
