职位描述：

Key responsibilities :

- Ensure all standard quality procedures are well implemented by the quality control team and by the suppliers.

- Ensure the mose updated specifications from the brands.

- Ensure QC team works with integrity.

- Plan, evaluate and determine manpower and other resources needed.

- Take appropriate action regarding staffing, training & Development and introduction of equipment & tools.

- Ensure processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented and maintained.

- Prepare relevant reports on the performance of the QMS and any need for improvement.

Requirements :

- Graduate in textile engineer or related discipline.

- At least 2 years of relevant experience in quality field.
- Ability to manage teams and deal with ambiguity and unexpected event.

- Reactive and creative to propose CAP.

- Good communication and interpersonal skill(internally and with suppliers).

- Familiar with multinational environment is a must.

- Ability in multi-tasking and meet deadline under pressure.

- Good command of spoken and written English (CET 6 or above).

- Proficiency in PC operations, such as MS outlook, Excel (a must), Powerpoint and Word.

- Regular trips to visit suppliers is required.
