职位描述：
Ensurance of outgoing process and product quality
1. Ensure quality assurance and inspection policies and procedures are followed throughout the area of responsibility
2. Decide on final disposition of nonconforming semi-products in cooperation with QM and PI
3. Assure appropriate in-process key quality characteristics are over-inspected at the required frequency and appropriate actions are taken for improvement
4. Drive the SPC process and cooperate with production process for continuous improvement

Esurance of quality management system compliance.
1. Assure plant compliance to ISO/TS 16949, legal, customer and internal requirements as required.
2. Participate in internal and external audits and support the corrective actions following the audits

Leading and directing a small group of technicians
1. Manage and direct direct reports
2. Train, educate and develop his / her staff
3. Responsible for regular evaluation of inspectors according to QM requirements
4. Complete some other tasks assgined by the supervisor

Supporting continuous improvement and team working with other functions and departments
1. drive and cooperate with other functions and departments for continuous improvement
2. Assure internal supplier- customer orientation to assure quality improvement

*Job Requirement:

Bachelor degree with major in electric(Engineering)/chemical area.

3 - 5 Years in tyre engineering and or Quality management, especially on calendaring, bead & apex and extrusion

In May,2011, PLT begins production. Since then, Hefei Plant is developed from Phase I to Phase III. And Phase IV is kicked off. Moreover, Two Wheel Plant, R&D Test Center, APAC Training Center, CSS Workshop are launched in Hefei. Till now, we have more than 1800 employees in Hefei Plant.

The factory has the high degree of the production automation which achieves the international advanced level. Along with the development of the new projects which include the new two wheels factory as well as the expansions of the research and development center and the tire factory for passenger vehicles in stage four, respectively, the company will recruit more people with lofty aspirations to join it.
