职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责构建零售培训体系、整合资源规划、研发各类零售培训课程及店铺运营工具，依据培训需求调查，制定各类标准化的培训教材和培训工具；
2、组织实施各类大型及重点零售培训项目；
3、负责门店培训手册的编写；
4、协助配合终端管理提升和标准化执行，更好的完成销售指标；
5、负责构建并完善部门的工作流程与制度；
6、负责终端培训课件的开发，并组织实施培训；
7、负责团队活动组织，员工业务能力辅导等方式规划，并开展人才梯队建设；
8、负责***讲师队伍的建设；
9、安排并监督审核下属人员各项工作及计划的执行情况；
10、监督实施绩效考核，完成下属成员的工作绩效面谈与效率管理；
11、负责外协培训机构的评估考察及对接；
12、完成上级领导临时交办的其他事项；

任职要求;
1、接受过终端运营、市场营销等相关知识的培训。
2、2年以上培训工作经验，1年以上服装行业终端培训管理经验。
3、熟悉服装终端的运作，具有很强的语言组织表达及逻辑统筹能力，能够独立开展培训项目及授课。
4、熟练操作办公软件及相关软件。
5、具备优秀的人际交往及学习创新能力。
