职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1, Act as the main technical responsible person for PCB layout
2, For the internal design, complete the PCB board Layout according to PCB design requirements and hardware design schematic;
3, For the OEM design, review the layout project file and provide the professional comments to remove the technical risk or issue.
4, the establishment of new components and packaging, and management of the library;
5, Responsible for the preparation of PCB production process requirements documents and SMT production guidance documents;
6, Help solve the problems encountered in the production of PCB;
1、公司PCB Layout主要技术负责人；
2、对于内部设计,根据PCB设计要求与硬件设计工程师协作完成PCB板Layout工作；
3. 对于OEM设计，对递交的Layout进行审查，发现并提出专业的意见来减少风险和错误。
4、建立新的元器件封装，并管理封装库；
5、负责编写PCB生产工艺要求文件及SMT生产指导文件；
6、帮助解决PCB生产时所遇问题；

Desired profile：
At least 3 years working experience in PCB layout, working experience in foreign company or PCB Layout design experience in the foreign companies
1, Familiar with PADS, Cadence, Cadstar Kinetic and other PCB design and simulation tools, more than 3 years experience in multi layer design;
2, Familiar with the PCB Layout conventional requirements, high-speed PCB circuit design and simulation experience is preferred;
3, Able to read schematic and familiar with the basic Layout requirements.
4. Good in English reading, writing, listening and speaking.
5, Careful, patient and have good team work spirit and sense of responsibility
工作经验和行业要求:至少3年以上PCB layout工作经验，外资公司工作经验或多个国外公司PCB Layout设计项目经验
1、熟悉PADS、Cadence, Cadstar Kinetic等PCB设计及仿真工具，有3年以上多层板设计经验；
2、熟悉PCB Layout常规要求，有高速PCB电路设计及仿真经验者优先考虑；
3、能看懂原理图并熟悉其基本Layout要求。
4、熟练的英语读写、听力及口语能力，能用英文作基本技术交流和熟练阅读英文资料。
5、细心、有耐性并有良好的团队合作精神和责任心
