职位描述
岗工作职责：
1.完成进料检验工作，包括但不限于以下内容：
1.1 进料检验的执行与判定，包括尺寸量测、外观检验，性能测试等；
1.2 入料不合格产品的报告、识别、隔离、标识；
1.3 入料质量数据的记录与收集；
2.协助工程师管理实验室，包括等不限于以下内容：
2.1 负责实验室的日常维护如5s,
2.2 量具（包括实验室和产线以及其他部门使用的量具）的日常保养，校验等工作；
2.3 协助工程师完成实验室相关作业文件以及记录的维护和更新；
2.4 协助工程师完成相关实验工作，并协助做好记录及后续整理工作；
3.独立或者协助SQE, MQE, CPE等工程师完成新产品的全尺寸检验工作以及其它产品或机器的检验工作；
4.根据SQE工程师的要求，对供应商的产品不良进行挑选或者返工以满足产线的需求；
5.完成上级领导和SQE工程师安排的其他任务；
素质要求：
1.机械制造/工艺、材料等相关专业中专或以上学历；
2.至少两到三年以上机构材料检验经验；
3.熟悉抽样检验计划；
4.能读懂英文版的机械图纸，但不是决定条件；
5.能够看懂并解释图纸及相关标准
