职位描述：
Polycom is searching for an experienced RF expert to our Beijing hardware platform team, This is an extended position directly reporting to Hardware Director. Together with existing HW/SW platform managers, this expert will be act as technical leader of projects, leading radio hardware design and corresponding verifications to meet company wireless programs challenges.
This expert will start to the following key responsibilities;
1. Responsible for overall design of RF validation, schematics design, PCB LAYOUT quality and guidance. (Video endpoint and desktop phones with WIFI/BT/NFC functions)

2. Act as the main interface from HW side to SLM, discuss with SLM to work out the RF module requirement then split the unit level requirement into submodule level as their requirement: i.e. the work of RF module lectotype, algorithms, identify the product specification etc.

3. Tracking the key nodes of RF technology, responsible for guiding the solution of specific problems in the project and provide modified scheme.

4. Responsible for RF index debug and validation of product engineering prototype.


Basic Qualifications
? 7+ years product development, hands-on experience in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC products in highly desired.
? In-depth knowledge of RF transceiver system
? Collaboration with internal/International teams about issues and solutions, familiar with radio compliance requirement is a plus
? Skilled with radio test related instruments such as signal generator, signal spectrum analyzer, network analyzer etc.
