The Operations Supervisor is responsible for:
1: Supporting and motivating the team to achieve a ‘best in class’ service
2: Supervise activity and oversee the daily execution of facility (conference room bookings, furniture set up, food and beverage order, pantry equipment maintenance, etc.).
3: Planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the activities of the Reception & Reservations. Food and Pantry Services teams.
4: Overseeing the daily operations of the above functions through direct interface and communication with the team.
5: working with the Regional Operations Manager and On-site Compass Group Operations Manager closely to ensure expectations are fully understood, and then communicating such expectations to the staff and incorporating them into all aspects of the Reception & Reservations and Food & Pantry Services operation.
6: Maintaining close communications with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure that the Reception & Reservations and Food & Pantry Services staff is meeting and exceeding expectations on an on-going basis.
7: Works hand in hand with the Client Services Assistant managing the EMS Event Management System (EMS) within the Conference Booking and Reservations functions.
8: Execution of necessary administrative duties such monthly and ad-hoc client reports, Compass Group timesheet, billing reports etc. Ensuring accurate and timely submission to the Regional Hospitality Manager and on-site Compass Group Operations Manager.

?Receive, read and understand the contents of the Employee Guide to Working with Compass
?Taking reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do or what you fail to do.
?Co-operate with the Facilities Manager on HSE matters.
?Correctly using work equipment, personal protective equipment in accordance with training and instructions provided.
?Not interfere with or miss-use anything provided for HSE purposes.
Good knowledge and experience of working within the Corporate hospitality environmen
