职位描述：
1、认真做好前台接听来电工作，转接总机电话，信件接收、派发、收发快递 上门客户接待等日常文员工作；
2、热情接待来访客户，搞清其来访目的，将客户引领至办公区，并通报相关部门，如客服售后人员外出有客户上门维修产品需按程序受理。
3、协助办公室人员做好复印，传真，打印，装订等日常工作，及设备维护保养。
4、专卖店调拨，随时进行产品调拨，紧密和工厂还有专卖店联系，及时帮各部门同事进行产品调拨，专卖店电脑数据与库存产品正确无误，每月栏帐盘点准确无误，合理掌握专卖店安全库存控制最大库存，及时补充货源，不影响专卖店销售，缺货时及时汇报上级。
5、办公室及专卖店费用报销核对，登记；销售统计。
6、完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：
1、具有大专以上学历，人力资源相关专业毕业。有1年以上相关工作经验或优秀应届毕业生。
2、严格遵守公司规章制度，以身作则履行本岗位职责，服从公司领导安排，一切言行规则代表公司形象，不得损害或违背公司利益。涉及本岗位中要保密范围不得以任何形式泄密。 举报 分享
